Oakwood Parking Reviews

Very efficient drop off and collection. However on arrival back at the car park my vehicle and another were tightly parked behind another vehicle which wasn't due for collection till an hour later. Pointed this out to the driver who seemingly ignored us. Eventually after a 15 minute wait another driver came out and moved the vehicle. Why was this vehicle parked in front of our two when the tickets clearly stated the pick up time. I wont be using this particular car park again.

Returned at around 1.30 in the morning to pick up our car. It was parked in a muddy dark field not where we left it and we had to find our way in pitch dark back to a38. Not impressed and will not be using again.

Parking was easy to find, didn't have to wait to be taken to the airport and when we arrived back minibus was already at the airport so that was good, all staff that we dealt with were very polite.

Excellent service and lady that transported us was very polite and helpful and pick up was immediate would recommend oakwood to all thank you very much will use your service soon.

Really great way of parking! Very efficient and easy! Much easier than parking in the cheaper airport car park - even at 11.30 at night. I was promptly picked up an well taken care of.

Excellent service. A touch disconcerting when you first arrive as it looks like you've arrived at a hotel car park. However staff were soon on hand and the process of transportation to and from the airport was excellent.

I can't fault Oakwood Parking. We arrived and were swiftly taken to the airport & on our return we called the number provided and were collected immediately. Thank you very much Oakwood!!
