First time using Oakwood & I'll use them again. Friendly, polite & very prompt minibus for both drop off & pick up.

Good service. Car park could do with tarmac or something for wet conditions.

So easy and accessible. Very friendly driver on the courtesy bus.

Very close to the airport and hassle free. Transferred to the terminal within 5 minutes of arrival at the car park and on arrival back, there was a minibus already waiting, may be a bit lucky with that, but sure we would not have had a long wait anyway.

Oakwood provided a good service. I will use them next time.

Car park experience improving with each visit, prompt transfers to and from airport. Staff very pleasant even at 4 o clock in the morning. Toilet facilities available. Only one criticism that is when car is returned to car park for pick up there is a bit of a mess in the drivers side maybe some covering on the floor even if owner had to get rid of.

Easy to use and that’s what counts when you are going on holiday.

Very good service, no hanging around on the way out or the way back. Only problem is there is no waiting room and you are open to the elements.

We would definitely use this service again. Close, quick, reasonably priced and convenient for Bristol Airport. Entrance could do be a little more accessible and signage clearer in the dark. Very good sevice.
