Reviewed on 3rd September 2014On the outward journey I was more than happy a lady driver who was more than helpful, but on return journey the male driver did not help to pack or unpack any of the suitcases or bags hence the poor rating. I would expect a greeting and the bags packed into and out of the transport as a minimum.
