Oakwood Parking Reviews

Parking was arranged well in advance on line easily. The Car park is located only minutes from Bristol International Airport. On the morning of departure events meant that we were delayed from leaving our home and a phone call to the carpark was made to confirm our late arrival. The call was answered very quickly and our latest time of arrival at the carpark given as 15 minutes before latest check-in time at the desk. We phoned again when we were 10 minutes away and our taxi was waiting to get us to the departures gate. The driver was very helpfull and we checked in with 3 minutes to spare(our fault not his). The return journey was far more relaxed, the driver was phoned after collecting our luggage and he was waiting in the short term car park to put the bags in the minibus. Less than five minutes later we were putting the bags into our car boot and on our way home. A service we will definitely be using again.

Very close to the airport, easy to find, prompt and courteous service even at 5am in the morning, drove us to the airport in our car and brought it back for us when we arrived home so no hanging about for transfers. Hassle free and reasonably priced - highly recommended.

Very efficeint service, but there is limited parking and access from the main road can be little prone to getting a bump. But all in all I cannot complain.

Very good service from start to finish. The owner was helpful when my car failed to start on my return. Would use this facility again.

Excellent service fast and reliable just 2 mins to the airport, could do with better sign posting to find it but really pleased and would use this service again.

I have recently been to Oakwood Parking at Bristol and was appalled by the service. From the website it was implied that there was shuttle service from the car park to the airport... they in fact used our own cars as the shuttle. We were a party of 15 in 3 cars, as each of the cars were full it meant that one passenger out of each had to wait and be collected once the others had been dropped off. For these they used our cars again to shuttle them there. On return they did not have enough staff working, which resulted in them picking up the 3 drivers to collect our cars then we had to go pick the rest of the party up. This resulted in us paying again to get into the parking at the airport which is unacceptable considering we had paid them for this. I take it that the cost also includes fuel where in fact they used ours so once again we were out of pocket.

Very close to the Airport, and when I booked, it was the cheapest. Pleasant person drove me to and from the airport.
