Reviewed on 15th November 2024Service both on entry and departure satisfactory. My only criticism is that not being given any indication where the car had been parked it took nearly 10 minutes to find the car in the declining light. In the past when i have parked at Oakwood the vehicle has always close to the pick up point which did not apply on this occasion. I am nearly 80 years old and had just been on a tiring 4.5 hour flight. Not satisfactory

Reviewed on 14th November 2024Used Oakwood again this year to park 3 cars for a large family trip to Spain. Really close to Bristol Airport, good service and really efficient. Minibus waiting for us on our return. Our go to for parking every time.

Reviewed on 13th November 2024I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone the driver had one hell of attitude and I went to pick my car up when we got back I asked the driver where my car was he said go to office they are all as bad they Told me it’s somewhere up there on the left and that was it,when I parked the car when I left in a different place why couldint the staff be polite never ever again it really shocked me.

Reviewed on 13th November 2024I have used Oakwood when flying from Bristol for many years now. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The process is so quick and easy, both the drop off and the pick up on return to Bristol.

Reviewed on 13th November 2024I have used Oakwood a couple of times now, easy and straight forward. No complicated paperwork, just drop your keys and the minibus is waiting for you to go. Pick up was a simple phone call, they were there within 5 or 6 minutes.
