Oakwood Parking Reviews

Left my car here recently for three days. I was a bit anxious after seeing a lot of bad reviews. On collecting my car, there were some mud splashes, but there had been bad weather. We waited for ten minutes to be picked up, and there was no more than one mile increase on the clock. No complaints.

Where you drop off and pick up the car is rather muddy - that said the drivers are all very happy, courteous and helpful. The shuttle service is swift and regular. The car comes back in good condition. Very pleased.

I booked Oakwood as they were 60% cheaper than Bristol Airports cheapest option, Silver Zone. Having used Silver Zone before Oakwood's probably closer and the service was quicker all round from dropping off the car, shuttle to terminal, shuttle back to carpark and collecting keys/car. There isn't a big office area so waiting in bad weather could be a problem but if the service remains fast this shouldn't be an issue. When looking at a budget getaway this is fantastic value.

Great service - could do with larger sign just outside the car park. The one on wooden fence is a bit small and I missed it at 3am, ended up in a muddy field. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Friendly staff, took us straight away to the airport after arrival which is about a 2 minute drive away. Don’t pay for the onsite airport parking which is more than double this one!

First time using Oakwood & I'll use them again. Friendly, polite & very prompt minibus for both drop off & pick up.

Good service. Car park could do with tarmac or something for wet conditions.

Will use them again.
