Would book again.

Excellent service as always, however despite dropping the car off pristine clean the car was covered in thick dust upon its return, unfortunately this is a regular occurrence.

Parked here many times drivers are very pleasant and reasonable prices.

Excellent system. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Literally 5 minutes to the airport. Shuttle bus on time. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because there is no toilet to use at the car park.

Not so good this time 😕 they only have one van now which was full so had to wait for it drop off then return to pick us up.

all good fast pick up and drop off fantastic ....all it needs is a cleaner floor ..tarmac ...but thank you will book again 👍👍

Convenient location close to Bristol Airport only 5-10 minutes away. Efficient drop off and collection. New transit so now a 50:50 chance of a more comfortable to and from!

Car was stuck behind another jammed in when given the keys.

All good turned up within 15 minutes of ringing,,any negative is there is no shelter in the event of bad weather when waiting to drop of the car and on arrival as the buses where busy.

Parked many times at Oakwood . Easy to navigate their website and book . Friendly and helpful lady driving the minibus. Didn't have to wait long for transport to and from the airport. One thing that happens that really needs to be addressed is when returning, please, please could the car be nearer to the drop off point. Many times we have had to go looking for the car. One time we were even blocked in and had to get a member of staff to move another car.
