When we arrived at Oakwood parking, it wasn't what we expected but we had a perfect service. I even left my purse in the car and after realising I phoned Oakwood and they bought it to the airport for me. I would use again.

Mixed experience - bad going there, good coming back. Despite phoning as requested 10 minutes before arriving and getting there at the booked time, we were kept 25 minutes while the driver was on a phone call. He then continued talking on a hand held mobile while driving us. Coming back we were picked up promptly (by an excellent driver) despite our arrival being an hour late. There are plenty of parking providers. On balance, we'll pay another few pounds and park with another next time.

The parking was ok - but we arrived late back on Saturday night and we were told to call and someone from Oakwood would come to collect us. Instead, the minibus from the parking site next door was charged with picking us up, only we were not told. By the time we worked out what was going on, the bus was full and we were told to wait until he could get back to us. Not what you need when you get home and just want to get away and home. In future, I will pay the extra and park at the official parking - costs a bit more, but is professional, the buses are more frequent and, above all, easier. Parking here is a false economy.
