Reviewed on 27th July 2018Good experience on the whole, thought the early drop off was a bit confusing as when we arrived there was no one there to explain where we left the car. Also waited half an hour before getting a lift up to the airport. The return journey was immediate and straight forward though.

Reviewed on 27th July 2018Have used Oakwood 3 times in the last 2 years and have had no issues with transfers being prompt and reliable. Will use again when flying from Bristol.

Reviewed on 26th July 2018All worked really well except at car pick up we were handed are key and told to go find the car. Car was not in the field in question so lost a good ten minutes walking around with our cases. When we reported the problem it was suggested we check another parking area.

Reviewed on 24th July 2018We arrived at the car park, there was a transfer bus waiting. We got to the airport within a couple of minutes. Great service! We called for a transfer as soon as we collected our baggage from arrivals. We were told to make our way to the collection point. (Same place as where we were dropped off). The bus arrived the same time as we did. The bus driver was very nice he put our cases in the back of the bus and within a couple of minutes we were back in the car park collecting our car. Fantastic service and we will most definitely use this car park again. I would like to add that this car park is much cheaper and much closer than the Silver Zone car park at the airport.

Reviewed on 20th July 2018Prompt service, could do with some lighting as when dropped back bus disappeared and we had to find the car miles back in the dark! I would imagine if the weathers wet the car park surface would be not the best
