Excellent service. Car was in the same condition as we left it. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

The car must have been parked by a puddle as there was mud splashed on the passenger side and scratches on the front valance, not happy, minibuses are a bit tired and dusty.

Whilst the drop and pick up was efficient and effective along with easy and quick transfers to the airport. The only disappointment was the dirty state the inside of my car was left in as the car was moved. There was mud all the car mats both driver and passenger side. The cars will get dirty on the outside. As looks as if kept in a muddy field.

It was exceedingly busy at the airport on our return, however Oakwood ran back to back shuttles and transported all passengers with a friendly smile.

Very hospitable and polite. Happy with service, quick pick up from airport, good team.

On picking my car up it was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had been rallied. I can understand that cars get dirty in the rain but looked like it had been wheelspinning around a field. The lower half of the car was covered in mud.
