Delivery and pick up from airport fine but not to happy that my car wheels and drivers mat was covered in mud.

We booked Oakwood Parking as it was very competitive on pricing and is so close to Bristol Airport. We only waited around 10 minutes for the mini bus shuttle each way and would definitely use in the future. Thanks.

Great service wasn’t waiting around very long for the mini bus to and from airport. My car was blocked in on leaving, but only due to a delayed flight in front.

Everything fine except excessive amount of mud and dirt in footwell of my car on drivers side.

Very good, straight out of departure, minibus was there waiting.

All good and efficient. It would be good if there was a surface to the car park and numbered spaces. It took a while to locate my vehicle in the dark and the surface was pretty muddy.

Coming back to Oakwood was a shambles. Only 1 van driver with lots of planes arriving at the same time. I phoned as we were in the car park & was told we had to wait as van was full. Waited another 20 minutes for the only driver. When I got my car keys I was told my car was on the right after the parked mini-buses. Walked the car park for 5 minutes to suddenly see my car on the LEFT hand side. Not a good experience after a 4+ hour flight.

Close to Bristol Airport, park the car, hand in the keys and jump on the minibus and you’re on your way. Getting back. Go to pick up point wait for mini bus, collect keys and drive off. The process is a bit clunky but a little patience and understanding is all you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will use next time.
