Oakwood Parking Reviews

Pretty straightforward but made a right mess of the car! Plastered in mud as it gets left in a field, both outside and inside driver door which was frustrating.

For the third time this year I have used the Oakwood Parking Facility. I have always found it to be consistently efficient, with regularised and swift departures for the short journey to Bristol Airport. On return, we have never had to wait more than two or three minutes to be collected and have never needed to telephone for return transport. The only observation that I have beyond this is that obviously for operational reasons, the car has had to be moved from it's original parking slot; on returning in the dark from a late night arrival, given the size of the car park, it's not always a simple matter to trudge around trying to find it- just wondering therefore whether the lighting levels could be improved just towards the upper reaches of the car park - the lower part is o.k. Overall, well pleased and we have a further booking to use Oakwood for our next trip.- the prices we feel to be fair and reasonable.

Car was very dirty up the back when we collected it. However great service taking us to and from the airport.

Ideal place to leave car, could do with some signs saying park car safely, take keys to reception, then get back to car park for bus to airport. Bit confusing when you first arrive. Apart from that excellent service to and from Bristol Airport, will use again.

The position of the car park and the shuttle bus were perfect. Unfortunately the entrance does not drain well and there was ankle-deep water flooding across because of the exceptionally heavy rain. Also the person who parked my car did not allow for a weaker driver and I had to cross the flood extra times to get help to release the handbrake.

Good all round. Airport was very busy and traffic in and out compounded by traffic lights on entry road. Waiting time for return bus was not too bad considering everything.

Always use Oakwood Parking for when flying from Bristol. Always good and reliable.

So easy to book. No long queue to drop off car keys. They have a very good set up. Able to adjust pick up time from abroad. Thank you.
