Perfect car park 👌

Very convenient as only approximately 5 minutes from airport. Frequent shuttle buses. You have to load and unload your case in back of the bus in my recent experience but I’m sure they would assist if needed. Seems to be more popular than when previously used Oakwood parking so a few of us had to look for our cars amongst quite a few parked ready for collection which could be more difficult in the dark. Mileage in car was 3 more than when left so not sure where the storing space is whilst we were away but no damage or dirt marks outside or inside car. Would use again.

Excellent from drop off to pick up, apart from a few people pushing in the queue to get on the transfer buses on our return to Bristol which is out of Oakwood control, they cannot be faulted on price or safety. They cannot be blamed for rude people charging through when the transfer buses arrive despite being asked to join the queue. (They know who they are)!! My Audi was well taken care of and mileage noted hadn’t moved all week. Thanks Oakwood, will definitely use you again!!

On return flight we waited a long time to be collected ., plus the car had not been moved from back of car park therefore we were blocked in by car in front and had to wait for this to be resolved , however this was resold fairly quickly . After a early start and flight this was the last thing we needed .

Hi Oakwood, I realise your staff work very hard but the system at Bristol is total Chaos! Departing at 4am wasn’t too bad with only a short wait for the second mini bus but arrival back on Sunday midday was something to behold! and I’m not sure sure how you could improve it? My wife got on the first bus after a 10 minute wait, I was practically pushed out the way by people throwing their bags in the back only to find they had no seat on the bus!! Crazy, I waited another 15 minutes for a second bus along with another lady who I helped load her bag whilst she grabbed a seat!! again I was pushed aside by ignorant bloody bald headed twonks!! again you offer an alternative to the ridiculous prices Bristol charges but I’m not sure how you can fix this crazy situation??

Car drop off and collection experience ok. No too long to wait for minibus to and from terminal.Only negative is car is parked on a muddy dirty area, and not great to get to if raining. Ended up with muddy car mats and boot.
