Oakwood Parking Reviews

In the main the service was good, the personnel cheerful and pleasant. Pick up times were prompt. However my one complaint (minor) when we were dropped off after our return from holiday, we were told our cars were over there on the right. upon looking, it was not. On querying this, the driver was dealing with the next bus load and slightly stressed, an arm was waved in a off handed manner, in the direction of up the field. Left my wife with the luggage, found the car hidden behind some others (double parked). Thank goodness I could get mine out. Pity about the last bit, everything else was good.

Oakwood was the best price I could find. The shuttle service was prompt and came back for just us when our flight was slightly delayed. We booked until 4pm but didn't get out of the airport til nearly 4.30pm, but there was no hassle.

I was concerned when I arrived that the compound was not enclosed, but we got our car back in good condition so all is fine.

Procedures worked well. Car collection and delivery to time. All satisfactory.

Would definitely use again.

Easy to find and the bus was there waiting to whisk us to the airport, 5 minutes drive away. Just missed the bus on return journey, but it was back within 10 minutes. Good service all round and I would certainly use it again.

Good value for money compared with some of the competition. Slight delay picking us up from the airport upon return. Courtesy Minibus needs clearer markings please. Apart from that, have used Oakwood 4 times before and would recommend.

Excellent service, had to wait about 15 mins on way back as no room left on the bus. Not the easiest place to find drove straight past it. Would use again as good value.

Very good there was an initial problem with their phone when we arrived but it did not hold us up, and the pick up after our holiday was good too
