As always found Oakwood a really good service, drivers are always friendly and polite. Cars always as left and really easy to find.

All good and prompt despatch and pick up, only complaint for me is there is no shelter in the car park on a cold or especially rainy day.

So handy, convenience place, really close and the constant mini bus shuttle makes the whole thing a really easy experience. My only concern is on the way back. It wasn’t clear at the collection point who was in the queue and we had several people push in front of us, making us wait for the next minibus (only another 5-10minutes) a little sticker on one of the walls or a sign to show where the queue started may have alleviated this.

Overall good. Easy to find. Simple handover. Bus transport good.Only issue we had was the car was a long way to walk back to (& it was raining). Would be nicer if cars were put nearer after owners checking flight arrivals.

Good parking again at Oakwood, with efficient transport to Bristol Airport in 3 minutes and pick up straight away. Only problem was that the car was covered in mud down one side so needed a wash the next day.

I arrived at the appointed time and handed over the car and a set of keys. All well on our return from foreign holiday and got on to a smart minibus for the journey from drop off point to the car park where we collected our car keys and then the car. A helpful man in the car park helped us to find our car and after loading our luggage we were on our way. Through no fault of the car park, we arrived a bit late due to the difficulty finding a trolley in the arrivals area.

As always, a good service. Car park surface dusty.
