We did not have to wait around at all and were taken to the airport immediately. On our return we were picked up within 6 minutes of our phone call. Very efficient.

Was a bit worried when we arrived very small car park outside b and b. All cars double parked but told they would all be moved to another site. Mini bus waiting for us and key hand over very quick, On return from short break only a few minutes wait and our car was waiting for us, on the road within minutes of leaving airport. Not sure how they will cope with busy summer trade as very little arrival parking. But for us it was very good service.

Check in and out of the car park really smooth. Landed back at Bristol late evening and soon collected. Lack of lighting in parking area is a bit disconcerting when arriving back in the dark as unable to check for any damage to the car but thankfully all was well. Had to walk to airport with luggage on arrival due to road accident - outside Oakwoods control though and attendant was very apologetic.

Respond to phone calls immediately. No waiting of any unexpected time. Car ready to drive when back Always been happy with the set up at Bristol.
