Drop off originally was handled brilliantly though the mini bus wasn’t loaded in a sensible way to allow usage of all seats (2 bike cases took aisle space). The pick up on return was disappointing as the collection from airport was not timely and the phone number was only providing an answer phone message which said someone would be there in a max of 15 minutes, sadly not the case. Once one of the group waiting for collection found a landline and managed to get through, we were picked up. Would still recommend as we’ve never had this experience previously.

Excellent service, super-convenient. Good value, quick and efficient 5-minute transfer from car park to terminal, and prompt collection on return. Recommended.

We have used Oakwood Parking, Bristol a few times now, great service. No matter what time of the day you arrive there is always someone there to meet you. Great price for us this time as we had a discount code. We arrived back, we rang them and they arrive to pick us up. I will use them again.
