The best parking.

Very smooth process. Landed at 2am and the pick up transport was waiting for us!

We made 2 bookings This was the first time we used the parking facilities. The system was very straightforward and simple. Our car was safe and ready to collect for our arrival. The only upset was we waited almost an hour for the mini bus to collect us after 3 failed calls to the number provided on the card for collection only to ring the main office number for them to send 3 mini buses as there were a good few people waiting.

Drop off originally was handled brilliantly though the mini bus wasn’t loaded in a sensible way to allow usage of all seats (2 bike cases took aisle space). The pick up on return was disappointing as the collection from airport was not timely and the phone number was only providing an answer phone message which said someone would be there in a max of 15 minutes, sadly not the case. Once one of the group waiting for collection found a landline and managed to get through, we were picked up. Would still recommend as we’ve never had this experience previously.
