Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars as this is a good service and convenient. However the lack of shelter at reception and waiting for a shuttle bus is none existent which is a major let down when it rains so much in the UK. its a a poor start when your about to go on holiday and should be excited not damp .

Have used numerous times with no issues. Excellent service.

Arrived at Oakwood and within 10 minutes was booked in, on the minibus and on the way to the airport... On return I phoned for pick up and within 10 minutes ourselves and 9 more people were on board and leaving the airport. This was better than parking in the Silver Zone car park... always been happy to use this service.... well done.

Helpful receptionist, prompt taking to airport. Quick pick up from Bristol Airport and cheaper than official on-site airport parking.

Really good service, well impressed and really good value. I would certainly use Oakwood Parking again. Very close to Bristol Airport so only 5 minutes transfer time. Very helpful staff too.
