Oakwood Parking Reviews

Simple, just park up, drop keys off at the office and get in the free shuttle bus. On return we called the number (given by the driver on a card) and the shuttle bus was actually arriving with some outbound passengers as I called. Five minutes later we were back at the secure parking and I picked up keys from the office and we were on our way home. No fuss, car well looked after and secure ... will definitely use again. We used to use a company that picked up our car and dropped it off on arrival but this cost us £6 exit fee (x2) so we save about £8 by using Oakwood Parking.

Going the driver was very helpful but not on way back. Disabled people need a hand, the gent on way home didn’t give a damn. I had to be rude to get a hand to help us.

Excellent service but when I collected the car it has a puncture which was hit there when I dropped it off and had to drive all the way back to Plymouth very slowly on a run flat tyre

Easy to book, great service and close to Bristol Airport.

Would highly recommend. Easy access quick check in and drop off to airport. No waiting when we got back minibus was at car park ready to pick up and take back to collect car. Will be using again.
