Reviewed on 17th April 2024Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars as this is a good service and convenient. However the lack of shelter at reception and waiting for a shuttle bus is none existent which is a major let down when it rains so much in the UK. its a a poor start when your about to go on holiday and should be excited not damp .

Reviewed on 15th April 2024Arrived at Oakwood and within 10 minutes was booked in, on the minibus and on the way to the airport... On return I phoned for pick up and within 10 minutes ourselves and 9 more people were on board and leaving the airport. This was better than parking in the Silver Zone car park... always been happy to use this service.... well done.
