Oakwood Parking Reviews

I have used Oakwood several times, recently returning 4th September. On this occasion the booking in was smooth and all was well. On return was unable to contact Oakwood but received a message stating they were busy but a minibus would be along shortly. It duly arrived with a grumpy driver who stated the system had changed and we would have to wait for the next one despite having an empty minibus. My family expressed their displeasure as we had already been waiting about 25 minutes. Another family waiting for the bus also expressed similarly. Eventually the driver condescended to allow both families on to the minibus and we were duly delivered. A strange event which hopefully won't happen when we book you in the future.

We always use Oakwood. Very easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend and only 5 minutes to Bristol Airport.

We have used Oakwood several times with no problems and receiving a good service. We left the car with them for 10 days in August and all went well. I did notice a £20 charge for early car collection is now in place, However there was no mention of how early the pick up had to be to incur this charge?

Excellent pick ups, even at busy times.

Reliable service- ensure you call at the drop off pick up point when you return as I had to make 2 phone calls.
