Driver really helpful and polite. Prompt service. Even though had muddy footprints in the footwell on collection!!!!

Always use Oakwood Parking as its easy to get to and very convenient.

The driver seemed a little irritated when picking us up on our return, saying to me I was the awkward one, not sure what that meant. He said he was about to leave when we arrived at the minibus and that he should have left earlier (not sure why that was my fault) he then said any longer and we would have been charged more! He just seemed grumpy, maybe he had just had a bad day. We were then delayed as they couldn’t find our keys.

Drop off was perfect, however, collection was disappointing, it took me almost 20 minutes to find my vehicle having been told twice it was parked in the wrong place. The parking ground is not ideal, prior to collection there must have been a rainfall, this made the ground/ broken tarmac very difficult to walk on, thus making the inside rubber mats in vehicle very muddy/dirty where drivers have moved the vehicle around.

Easy check in and a short transfer journey to airport. Collection was a quick as possible considering the weather and an accident closing the road for the transfer bus to collect us. The only downside was the water logged car parking area that was extremely muddy and lots of pot hole puddles which wasn’t good dragging your suitcase to find your car in the dark.

Quick check in on arrival parked the car went to reception signed and handed over our keys. Bus was there, we had to place our cases in the back of the minibus, sat in the bus waiting for the driver, arrived 10 minutes later, then we proceeded to the airport. Driver seemed unhappy in his role. Arrived back to Bristol Airport, rang for our transfer back to Oakwood Parking. Bus arrived 10 minutes later, again placed our cases in the back and sat in the bus. We were driven back to the Oakwood reception. My husband looked for our car while I collected the car keys. Man at reception was polite and handed our keys after asking some details. The driver was not sociable. Car was muddy, as it was in the dark we used the torch of my phone to check for no damage etc as it is dark area. Drove home. We will possibly use Oakwood again. Hoping for more happy drivers.

Ive used Oakwood for many years but on my recent booking I struggled to get my case on and off the bus as drivers no longer help you. For a female travelling alone it can be difficult.

Very happy with the service. No waiting on arrival, we got there an hour earlier than booked in, no problem with that. Bus was there waiting to take us to the airport. On return waited about 2 minutes, pick up bus arrived to transport us back. Everything went well!! Well pleased!!
