Reviewed on 5th October 2023We have used Oakwood for years and this is the first time we have not been very happy. We both have mobility problems now and had great difficulty finding the pick up point in the parking area, very late at night in the pouring rain. The answer machine message on phone did not give very clear instruction and we saw two minibuses come and go before we could get to right spot. When we got back to the car park to collect the car it took some time to locate our car and we needed help in the end to find it. I must add we have never had these issues before.

Reviewed on 5th October 2023Great! Nice and quick, and good value. Only downside was the very very muddy car and muddy feet on collection, but no drama and worth it for the huge saving compared to onsite Bristol Airport parking.

Reviewed on 5th October 2023Perfect for us ...on drop off the staff had a bag and booking ref ready for your key to go into. Mini bus was there waiting and took us straight to airport literally less than a five minute drive. I was told on return to call number if there was no bus there where they dropped us off. I walked into drop off collection point and the the mini bus pulled straight in so did not need to call. Straight on and back to Oakwood Parking. My hubby got bags off the bus while I collected keys from office gave my reg and the keys where ready. Straightforward and easy parking , great service and good price.

Reviewed on 5th October 2023Very quick on arrival to go to the airport, but coming back they only had one driver so we had to wait for him to drop people off and come back to get us. Overall the value for money was good and car was situated near the front on collection for ease.
