Oakwood Parking Reviews

The parking site is a muddy, pot-holed yard ... leaving shoes and car interior a mess. There is no directional sinage outside or in the site, so arriving in the dark at 6am was a nightmare. When we returned (6pm Friday), the "number to call or arrival" just goes to voicemail - promising 10-15 mins wait - and the office number tried to go to voicemail, but the inbox was full! We had to wait 30 minutes for a pickup - completely unable to get any information on if or when the van was arriving. And the tranfer vans are definitely end-of-life... All in all a horrible experience. Will never use again. Avoid!!!

Used Oakwood Parking before a number of times never had a problem. The woman on reception is lovely boys driving the bus are friendly and helpful and my car as always was fine. A********

Very trust worthy and cheaper than on-site airport car parking. I've used Oakwood for years I wont go anywhere else.

Bad experience from start to finish. Had to drag cases through mud to minibus. Mini bus floor was full of mud. On return at 2am car was not near minibus drop off point as office told me. Had to search for it at 2am dragging cases through mud again. When I found car I thought someone had taken it on a rally. I complained, and they give it a quick jet wash. Not what you want after a long flight at 2 in the morning.

Fabulous service, dropped car off at Oakwood and waited a few minutes for minibus, very friendly, lovely people. Arrived back at Bristol and the minibus was with us within minutes.

All went as planned. Drop Off and collection to and from Bristol Airport could not be faulted.

I like Oakwood because it's a fair price with a fantastic service, would be better if the pickup and drop of points were tarmac as muddy when it has been raining.

Excellent service very quick to drop us off and pick up...pleasent staff and rates are very reasonable. This was our first time in using Oakwood but would definitely use again.
