Excellent experience. We arrived at 3am. Parked the car up. Dropped the keys and straight on the mini bus to the drop of point at Bristol Airport. On our return we hit it perfectly. The mini bus was already there we jumped on and back to the car park. I went to reception collected the car, which had been jet washed off and was just on the right of the collection point. A 5 star service. Thanks team Oakwood.

The service is really easy to use, very fast in getting you to and from the airport and each step is explained to you clearly so you know exactly what you need to do. Did exactly what was needed and I was very grateful.

Slick operation with no real problems. One star taken off as when the car was picked up it was sprayed with mud. Clearly it had been parked in a field and not washed down.

Very good and efficient, when we arrived at airport and contacted them to say we were ready to be picked up they arrived within a few minutes.

Oakwood car park is nice. Staff is 5 stars, the only problem is the ground, we get mud easily in our feet when it rains, destroys our trolley bag wheels because is very irregular. We should have a awning to protect us from rain while we wait for the vans. Once I was 20 minutes in the rain waiting for the van to take to the airport.

All worked well. No complaints. If it was a bit cheaper I would have given it 5 stars.

Very prompt service, no hanging about. The only suggestion would be for drivers moving cars around need to use paper mats under their feet to avoid muddying people's cars inside on wet days.
