All okay but expected car to be placed closer to exit for pick up. Not a major problem.

We have used Oakwood many times and found them to give great service with Friendly and polite staff. Unfortunately when we returned this time, we picked our key up and went to find our car. It was midnight so was pretty dark. We found our car eventually but it was blocked in by other cars. We went back to reception and told them. They then cane and moved the other car for us to get out. Unfortunately this added on about 25 minutes to us leaving the car park. 😞

Great service but signage for entrance was very poor.

Drop and collection very efficient. Not having been there before, location to park the car wasn't obvious. Minibus a bit tired but does the job. Car was absolutely filthy on collection. When collected key wasn't told where car was so had to hunt for it. Otherwise very convenient and cheaper than the on site Silver Zone.

The easiest car park at Bristol Airport by far !!!

Oakwood are my 'go-to' for Bristol Airport parking. Office is always organised and friendly (as are the drivers). Only gave 4 stars as there was a car parked in front of mine when we got back so we didn’t have the usual quick get away, but it was mega busy and the car was moved really promptly. Would recommend.
