Great service. Buses much better and newer. Will be using again, no issues.

I used Oakwood Parking near Bristol airport for a recent holiday. I can’t fault the service. Easy to find, closer and quicker than some of the onsite airport parking and cheaper too. The drop off of my car was easy and the minibus was waiting to take us to the airport a 2-3 minutes drive away. Pick up was just as faultless, a minibus arrived less than 5 minutes from us getting to the pick up point. With the new drop off arrangements at the airport, the walk either way is much shorter and I am getting on! Thank you and I will definitely use again.

So handy, convenience place, really close and the constant mini bus shuttle makes the whole thing a really easy experience. My only concern is on the way back. It wasn’t clear at the collection point who was in the queue and we had several people push in front of us, making us wait for the next minibus (only another 5-10minutes) a little sticker on one of the walls or a sign to show where the queue started may have alleviated this.

Excellent service. Easy to book in my car. Quick pickup from the airport.

Overall good. Easy to find. Simple handover. Bus transport good.Only issue we had was the car was a long way to walk back to (& it was raining). Would be nicer if cars were put nearer after owners checking flight arrivals.

We have used Oakwood on at least half a dozen occasions in recent years; the operation is smooth and efficient in terms of vehicle drop off and collection, along with the short, regular transport to Bristol Airport, all at a very fair price; I have no hesitation in commending them to other potential users.
