Reviewed on 21st July 2023We arrived, very easy to find and was very impressed by our quick delivery to the airport. On return not so good. The driver could not get my disabled buggy on his van. I understood that, he said the next van would. We waited a while but the driver parked away from us. We had to get our luggage and buggy some way to the van. Out was excellent. Coming back was poor. Thank you.

Reviewed on 21st July 2023The park is near to the airport however the customer service is not good, team are not helpful and seems they do not care. When I picked up my car I found it in in strange way(extremely filthy INSIDE and outside?!! I understand they move the cars around but why it’s so dirty inside?!

Reviewed on 21st July 2023No problems whatsoever. Easy procedure, called after collecting our cases, made our way to pick up point, (same as drop off on our departure) minibus driver arrived promptly. Will definitely use again.

Reviewed on 20th July 2023I would highly recommend Oakwood Parking. Extremely close to Bristol Airport - literally 2-5 minutes away. Bus was there on time both ways, staff friendly and a reasonable price. I will be using on my next trip.

Reviewed on 20th July 2023Again used with a friend who had not used before. We were certainly impressed with the excellent service the friendly staff provided. Had to leave an extra night and that was not a problem at all !! Would not use anyone else.

Reviewed on 20th July 2023Very quick handover of car on arrival and left immediately (reassuring as I was running late!) The mini-bus was already waiting when I arrived back and picked up a good number of passengers. Keys were quickly handed over. Only slight problem for me was finding my car as it was a bit further up the car park out of the lights and harder to spot in the dark. But a very good experience as usual.
