Oakwood Parking Reviews

We have parked at Oakwood many times. Friendly service all hours of the day and night. Not far to Bristol Airport but central roadworks are a pain. Not Oakwood's fault

1. Firstly great value compared to the on site airport (Silver Zone). 2. Staff friendly and very helpful when giving instructions for drop off and pickup. 3. Confusing when dropping off car, to improve I would suggest clearer markings are added in the car parking area showing where to park the car (I drove around the car park for 10 minutes with confusion). 4. Toilets should be added, I was told I had to wait until I got into the terminal. 5. Improve car park lighting.

Cheap and cheerful, very easy drop off and pick up. No thrills, friendly driver. Will definitely use again! Only downfall as I was very muddy as there had been a lot of rain.

Not enough room on the first or second bus due to a large family taking all the seats but didn't have to wait too long for next bus and the driver was really apologetic and helpful.

Quick, efficient service

All in all good but there was a 30 minute wait to get on the bus to the airport. I think the longest i've waited before was 20 minutes but maybe it was due to some unforseen circumstances.

We have used Oakwood Parking many times, it’s very close to Bristol Airport, it’s usually cheaper than other places, the staff are friendly and our car is well looked after.

Left the car in the carpark for 4 nights, easy service! Dropped the keys at reception and the bus came after 5 minutes during rush hour which was great. Short spin to the drop off area was effortless. Came back to the car waiting for me in the waiting section. Only tiny tiny downside is the muddy car park, other than that it’s a yes from me!!

Great service from your really helpful staff very efficient on arrival also on return a really nice happy guy picked us up at the terminal. Only problems were my car was really muddy where it was driven with muddy shoes, surface of car park needs hardstanding. Broke a suitcase wheel trying to get to other end of area where it was so uneven, parked under looked like trees the whole time we were away{ 17days} . As we had to remove from rear windscreen and windscreen before we could leave and at near 11pm last thing you want to do in rain. But we like your efficiency, thank you.

On my return flight my car wasn’t ready. Have to walk round in the mud and find my car which was parked behind the other car. Took them long time to let me out.
