Brilliant service.... never waiting longer than 5 minutes for minibus. Staff friendly. Car is brought to the front of the car park upon your return. Less than 5 minutes away from airport.... closer than Silver Zone and much cheaper.

Dropping off was okay. Picking up from the airport needs improving. No answer from the number you dial. When the van arrived, no first come first served, no assistance with the suitcases. The female driver leaving it to the passengers and wanted nothing to do with it.

Polite, friendly and good customer service. Car a bit dusty but with the weather… not really surprised. Happy to use again.

Disappointing as we arrived at Bristol and had to wait for 50 mins to get a coach to Oakwood in spite of us calling to inform our arrival and to be told the coach was waiting we had to wait for a 3rd coach as all previous ones were packed full . Not a joke at 1.00 am early morning and travelling for 6 hours . We have used Oakwood for many times a year for the past 10 years and always been well cared for . I can only hope this was an isolated occurrence.
