Reviewed on 3rd June 2023The Carpark is dusty and the organisation is poor. I arrived to drop my car of and grab the mini bus to the airport, everything seemed to be going ok until the female mini bus driver decided she would start washing cars instead of taking myself and the other passengers around to the airport, 20 mins we sat on the bus looking at each other whilst she did this? Then finally she took us round. Same driver on collection jumped of shouting 1st 14 to get on bus get to go now, the rest will have to wait for the next bud...again waiting passengers looked at each other in dismay...before clambering to get a seat. Once we finally got back to carpark many of the customers including myself had to walk round the large carpark in search of our cars and then try to find staff to move other cars blocking them before being able to leave. There's definitely massive room for improvement in how the carpark is run and organised. There rates are reasonable.

Reviewed on 2nd June 2023Fantastic service! We arrived at 3am and there was a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport, it was around a 3 minute drive. We called the number they left us with upon our return and the shuttle was at the designated pick up point within 10 minutes ready to take us back to our car. There was no extra milage on my car or any damage to the car. Would definitely recommend and use again 👌

Reviewed on 2nd June 2023We always use Oakwood, they never let you down, we’ve never waited longer than ten minutes for a bus to or from the airport and they’re all friendly, helpful and polite. Can’t fault them!

Reviewed on 2nd June 2023Been using for years, normally extremely good. But this time let use down big time. Well under staffed, said our car was ready to collect. Had to wait a hour, the car was in a different compound. Might think on using some were else next time. Not what you wanted at 12am👎😡
