Very friendly staff. Very prompt efficient and organised service. Closer to Bristol Airport than the on-site Silver Zone parking. No waiting for minibus transfers. Down sides.... very muddy car park, they move your car and mine still smelt of cigarette smoke the next day, minibus interior very shabby. I would use them again if cheaper than Silver Zone. Regardless of where you park... Beware roadworks for 8 weeks from 30/10/23. It’s jamming even the drop and go car park. My advice... leave an hour more than usual.

Dose what it says on tin, close to the airport, drop off and pick up work well.

Parking facility was easy to find and all staff were pleasant, polite and efficient. Due to the continuous rain though the area to wheel the cases from the car to the minibus was quite mucky.

We parked there for a week, 21/10 - 4/11, drop off and transfer to the airport was fine. On our return there was a delay with the pick-up, we then found out was due to road works. The exit from the airport was a nightmare. On arrival to the site, due to the weather, it was very muddy, so shoes, baggage and any other kit could be at risk. I would check local road works in future to allow for any delays and also check the weather for appropriate footwear and ability to keep baggage off the ground. Other than that pleased with the service provided.

Great service, but the lot was very muddy.

We have parked at Oakwood many times. Friendly service all hours of the day and night. Not far to Bristol Airport but central roadworks are a pain. Not Oakwood's fault

1. Firstly great value compared to the on site airport (Silver Zone). 2. Staff friendly and very helpful when giving instructions for drop off and pickup. 3. Confusing when dropping off car, to improve I would suggest clearer markings are added in the car parking area showing where to park the car (I drove around the car park for 10 minutes with confusion). 4. Toilets should be added, I was told I had to wait until I got into the terminal. 5. Improve car park lighting.

Cheap and cheerful, very easy drop off and pick up. No thrills, friendly driver. Will definitely use again! Only downfall as I was very muddy as there had been a lot of rain.

Not enough room on the first or second bus due to a large family taking all the seats but didn't have to wait too long for next bus and the driver was really apologetic and helpful.
