Have used on several occasions but this time a bit disappointed that when being picked up they rammed as many people as they could in the mini bud and had people standing. On arrival to collect keys, car was hard to locate and had to wait for somebody to move a car in front.

We have used Oakwood a few times and find them excellent all around. Price, location, pick up and drop-off x

Easy drop off procedure. Short trip to airport. Only 2 minutes wait for pick up. No issues with car collection.

I always use Oakwood for parking. Basic but spot on and so close and prompt, can’t fault the guys or service for the price.

Overall a very good service but a few things could be worked on. First there should be a covered waiting area for customers as if it rained they would get wet as there currently is no shelter.Also the car park surface needs to be improved as it is very dusty when dry & would get muddy when wet.

Close parking to the Bristol Airport. Booking in and transfers went smoothly. Would use Oakwood again.

Nowhere to shelter from the rain, driver doesn't want to help load cases onto minibus, poorly lit.
