Out of car into their van and straight to Bristol Airport and the same on way back, just great. No hanging round, especially at 2.30 am in the morning. Thank you.

The parking was smooth. Quick drop off to Bristol Airport. We had a change of flight which was delay of 8 hours(on the same day). and had no issues for the car parking time extension. No extra charges. Quick service.

Will recommend Oakwood to everyone. Completely stress free, great price and very friendly. Dropping my car off and getting to the airport was made so easy. Your staff were so friendly and I can’t believe how quickly we got to the airport. Our flight came in early so we rang and someone was with us within minutes. Will be using Oakwood every time! The service is always very good at Oakwood and this time my flight had been cancelled coming home - Easyjet seem to just cancel flights and strand you with no reason given - and the Oakwood team were very kind and understanding, saying just to keep them updated. We made our own way home via ferry and train, and the Oakwood team had our car ready when we arrived and didn't charge for the additional time.

Very near Bristol Airport. The car was in a very dusty condition when we picked it up. The mats on the drivers side were dusty. A bit of a scramble.

Very good service. Only thing, parking area is very dusty on a dry day. Our car was covered in thick dirt/dust. Not good if you’re asthmatic or had respiratory problems.
