First time using Oakwood as it was a rather quick decision to use the car for the airport. Checking in was simple and straightforward. Staff were very helpful and polite. The car was looked after with no problems during our stay which was just over a week. Our flight was delayed 48 hours but was no problem for them to accommodate our car for the extra time. A worry less at that time and was greatly appreciated. Definitely use next time and will recommend to anyone.

Usual high standard of customer service and transport always there and swift. Well done as usual.

Leaving driver helpful funny and a pleasure great service, return driver barked orders at us all to hurry to load all our luggage ourselves, then never spoke again, drove like a lunatic, at the car park was shouting at the next people waiting to get out the way, rude, unhelpful and overall has made it so I won’t be using your services again

First driver was brilliant on return journey driver was rude ignorant and unhelpful will not use this service again
