Reviewed on 26th April 2023Whilst the parking is close and convenient, coming home my daughter called to say we have landed. We was told to go straight to pick up point as our transport had left. We had 2 babies under 2 yrs old it was raining and late at night. The transport was there but other people pushed their way on before us. We was told to wait 10 minutes for him to come back! I said I was not happy the babies was tired and cold and they knew we was arriving why wasn’t there another bus waiting. The driver then struggled to get us all on, the service should consider families with small children first.
