Oakwood Parking Reviews

After returning to my car at 10:30pm it was blocked in which was no problem as they moved the car in front of me however my passenger side window was wide open so my car was not secure. I would never park here again as it is not safe and when I complained that my car window was open the gentleman’s reply was that they had only moved the car about 6pm so it the window can’t have been open that long. This was a really bad response and is a really bad attitude to have. I feel like they don't take the safety of your car seriously and will not use this parking again.

Excellent service! Can’t fault it at all. There was a little wait to be collected when we got back out of Bristol Airport but that’s understandable. Cheap and cheerful and most of all very safe! When we got back the kids were happy to see a Lamborghini parked in there, lol.

Booked and stayed many many times with Oakwood. Easy to book and competitive prices. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Transfers to and from the airport quick and easy. Just one complaint is that for the third time running, on retrieving our car, it's been blocked in by other vehicles. Have had to get a member of staff to move another car. This then delays us in our onward journey. Needs to be rectified.
