Fantastic service from all the staff....and the little dog was gorgeous too. The ONLY reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I kinda think it needs the pot holes sorted out. It was pouring with rain both when I got there to go on holiday and when I came back from holiday and both me and my suitcase got filthy dirty because of the pot holes - it was dark and raining so also quite difficult to see them. I would DEFINITELY use them again though on my next trip away - REALLY lovely staff!...and VERY efficient service!!!! Thank you!!!!xxx

Easy to check in, prompt delivery to and collection from the airport. Only minus was that the inside of the car was caked in mud. The weather had been bad but just a disposable paper mat would have made a difference.

Use Oakwood Parking every time we fly from Bristol and have never had any problems, highly recommend.

All went as planned. Drop Off and collection to and from Bristol Airport could not be faulted.

I like Oakwood because it's a fair price with a fantastic service, would be better if the pickup and drop of points were tarmac as muddy when it has been raining.

This is a great business, its well run and only 2 minutes from Bristol Airport. Just park your car get your luggage out, hand your keys in and get on the bus. On your return they pick up where they drop you they run every few minutes so you don't wait long.

Car park is very close to Bristol Airport so quick transfers. On our return at night time we only waited 10 minutes for a van, but it was difficult to see which van was ours. Pleasant staff and no queues at the office.

I can say parking and booking in and out no issue, car park itself could do with a resurface as pulling cases was difficult to navigate through pot holes, staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative I can say is that 5 planes landed at same time, not enough buses to return us to car park, advised by driver due to rush hour traffic returns to could approx 40 minutes and if we could walk to do so, therefore full service not received, our party are all in their 60’s and already tired from travelling and said delays. Plus point, it wasn’t raining.
