Slick operation with no real problems. One star taken off as when the car was picked up it was sprayed with mud. Clearly it had been parked in a field and not washed down.

Very good and efficient, when we arrived at airport and contacted them to say we were ready to be picked up they arrived within a few minutes.

Oakwood car park is nice. Staff is 5 stars, the only problem is the ground, we get mud easily in our feet when it rains, destroys our trolley bag wheels because is very irregular. We should have a awning to protect us from rain while we wait for the vans. Once I was 20 minutes in the rain waiting for the van to take to the airport.

All worked well. No complaints. If it was a bit cheaper I would have given it 5 stars.

I think some sort of ID would be good for the workers as you couldn't tell who was working there and who wasn't. Had a really happy, chatty man helped us with cases and took us to the airport dropped us and told us where to meet on our return for pick up. On return the driver just stood there never helped us or anyone else to load cases, pushchairs, didn't utter a word.

Easy from start to finish. Arrival instructions were straight forward and transfer quick. Return instructions were clear and pick up was quick. Car was as we left it. Would use again.

Very convenient location, very close to Bristol Airport. Very quick to drop us off and pick us up. Only issue was the car being very dirty, had to take it to be cleaned in and out.

Easy to find even in the dark at 4am! The set up works well and I didn’t have to wait long for the transfer at either end. There doesn’t appear to be a system for where you’ll find your car when you return (but could be wrong!) and no one tells you where you should start to look but there seemed to be people around to help if you’re struggling. I found my car fairly quickly though. Very muddy area which wasn’t too nice.

Excellent Service. Friendly staff. Shame about the car park very muddy with potholes, difficult to negotiate at night.

So easy parking here. Never long to wait for the mini bus. The only downside for me is that the area where the bus stops at the site could perhaps do with a bit of tarmac / concrete to fill in the holes - as when it's wet, it's a bit messy and case wheels get dirty.
