Excellent service!

Excellent service - walking distance from airport but minibus transfer available. No waiting, straight onto minibus and dropped off as close to terminal as it’s possible to get. Waited less than 5 minutes for pick up in return. Will definitely use again.

Easy to use when we arrived back to Bristol Airport, a quick phone call picked up very quickly, Could not fault it.

Easy to use as always polite friendly staff, quick drop off and collection car always ready in collection area used many times would not consider using any other company.

Car park was busy when I arrived but still only had to wait 5 minutes for a bus as one had just left full. On return I called the number given and told the man I was on my way out of passport control and he told me he was about to leave but I ran and just made it. He waited a minute for me. I use Oakwood every time I travel from Bristol and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for the next bus. Key collection simple. On this occasion, from the plane landing to driving away was 35 minutes (no hold luggage).

So convenient for Bristol Airport. Always use Oakwood when flying from Bristol. Minibus runs frequently & on return you ring & the pickup is there within minutes. Very efficient & cheap compared to other options. No complaints & will continue to use.

Straight forward process from booking, to parking up to collecting the car at the end. Regularly use and been happy every time.
