So we landed at 2am to hail stones and rain, and to had to wait nearly an hour to get our car, They were very helpful, and sorted the problem as fast as they could. First time any problems and use them a lot and will continue to use them.

Reviewed on 16th January 2023This was the 2nd time I used Oakwood and it may be the last. I am particularly critical of their collection service from the Terminal. I was told on arrival I would be collected in 10mins but in effect this turned out to be 25mins, during which time I had no option but to stand in the wind and cold at the Bristol Airport drop off/collection zone. If a delay was inevitable, surely the best approach would have been to be truthful and tell the customer the bad news and then allow them the option of standing inside the Terminal building in such bad weather? I have a photo of the interior of my car, which shows the amount of mud that was on my car mats when I collected the car and I will post this directly on the Park and Go website. At the very least Oakwood should be protecting the interior with a simple paper cover if their parking environment is so very muddy, which it is.

Reviewed on 15th January 2023Very efficient, parked up handed key in minibus was waiting to take us to airport, lady driver very helpful and polite. On return rang up minibus arrived after 10 minutes, driver helped with luggage and our car was parked in very convenient position. Picked up key and away we went, thank you.
