On the day of drop off we were greeted by a lovely chap who instructed us where to park, helped us load luggage onto courtesy buss and pointed out office for dropping off the key. We were at the airport within 20 minutes max from arriving at Oakwood. Collection was the same easy and speedy. Would recommend and will use again.
