Oakwood Parking Reviews

I arrived and the car park and was greeted at reception with lovely helpful staff. The bus to the airport left within 5 minutes and the driver was very pleasant. On my return the bus pulled as I was jeaving the terminal building so there was no waiting in the cold. The reception staff again were lovely. The only thing I could say might be improved on is that my car had been moved and I didn't know as the staff hadn't mentioned it. This left ne wandering round a rather large car park trying to find my car in what seemed like 100's at the time. However the staff soon came to my assistance and overall the experience was very pleasant. I might add losing my car could have been a senior moment as I am 70.

This was our first time to use Oakwood Parking, Bristol. Excellent service. Quick easy and smooth - very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Have used Oakwood for many years and always get the same excellent service at a reasonable price.

It's the worst iv had here landed in frozen fog got my cases phoned up you pick us up driver said phone when I'm out side it took me 3 minutes to get too the pick up phone again he said he will be10 minutes we where freezing time hr turned up the he parked the van nowear near out car had too get keys and drag suitcases 50 yards up a dirt track will look elsewhere

Located less than 5 minutes from Bristol Airport, easy to use and a good service.

Very convenient and the shuttle transfer was there for us to and from Bristol Airport. We will use Oakwood Parking again and again.
