Very good place, easy to find. Easy drop off and collection, transport to and from airport very quick. Thank you and will use again.

Such friendly people and a really quick service. We rang to say we were ready to be picked up from the airport and the lady was there within 5 minutes. Only reason why I didn’t give a 5 was because the inside of my car was muddy from where it had to be moved. It was raining whilst I was away so I completely understand why it was muddy but I obviously now have to clean it.

Well organised and quick and easy for customers. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Wouldn't use anywhere else when travelling from Bristol.

Always an excellent service. I use Oakwood at least once a month when flying from Bristol Airport. Never causes me a problem.

Easy process from start to finish. Leave the car, get on the minibus and arrive at the airport within about 15 minutes. Same on the return, so would recommend. Pleasant staff too.

Parking are like a mud bath, my car had nud all over and the inside carpets were muddy.

Good, prompt service. To improve it would be good that the pick up/drop off point in the car park is tarmac for easy of wheeling luggage. I am concerned that I will no long be allowed to park my VW Transporter Campervan in future. Why is this? The footprint of my Van is no larger that an SUV.
