Only problem was when I went to collect the car it was tucked behind another vehicle and difficult to spot so I had to go back and forth to office 3 times - once to get keys, another to say I couldn’t find my car (they told me which area it should be in) - still couldn’t find it - then finally on third visit someone came to find it with me then he had to go back to the office to get the keys to remove the car that was blocking mine. This all took a bit of time and I was on a tight schedule and heaving about a heavy suitcase. This is the first time this has happened though (I’ve used them several times) and I would still recommend them.

Reviewed on 20th October 2022We've used Oakwood Parking 3x times this year flying from Bristol. They are efficient and courteous and always happy to help with queries. The last visit we had to change the vehicle as our usual car developed a problem the day before departure. A quick phone call and our worry was over. The transfer is always prompt for drop off and pick up and just a short drive from the airport. Always our first choice.

Reviewed on 19th October 2022Online booking was straightforward and the car park was easy to find. At reception they had trouble finding our booking at first but sorted pretty quickly then and then we were on shuttle bus to the airport shortly after. On our return we went to the pick up point and rang the car park. They informed us the shuttle bus would be there shortly which it was. The driver was rude and did not help anyone with their cases. On arrival at the car park we could not find out car and walked around for ages. Eventually someone came to help us. Our car hadn’t been moved and was blocked in by other cars so we had to wait for this to be sorted. Not great service. Wouldn’t use again
