Please can you get some sort of organisation at the collection point on arrival at airport. My experience is that one bus arrives and not always enough room for everyone, so a queuing system needs to be organised otherwise it’s a mad scramble.

As always, Oakwood provided an excellent service. The drop off and pick up are quick and efficient, the staff always pleasant and polite. Combined with close proximity to airport and best price around, a no-brainer! Highly recommended.

Everything was great except whilst waiting for the shuttle i got soaked as no shelter from the rain....maybe put up a bus shelter to protect from the elements. Really close to the airport which was good.

Good service on the way out, good location from airport and just a short ride in minibus. However it was a nightmare on the way back. It was 2 in the morning cold and wet, when the mini bus comes to the pick up area it’s a complete free for all and everyone runs to the minibus - we waited over an hour with our 8 month old baby who now has a cold and cough. We weren’t able to get the first 3 minibuses as everyone just pushes past to get on it. I think a registration system would be better in busier periods. Call to say you are there and put people in list order.

Easy to use, close to airport. Sometimes have a longer wait at airport, but would suggest this happens with most outside airport parking. Car easily available on return. Always use Oakwood.
