Very pleased with the service that we had from dropping the car off to being taken to and from airport.

Previous experience really good This time very disappointed We were told by drop off driver to wait pick up in sheltered area for collection Driver stopped on opposite side although we were at the front of queue we had to wait for the third arrival of mini bus in pouring rain before we could find a place on the bus and your drivers frustration was evident.

Brilliant, we have used you quite a few time and it is an excellent service.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Efficient service on arrival; directed where to park, log your keys in, minibus to airport (about 5 minutes journey). On return; call the number to be collected (although the minibuses seem to be running constantly anyway), 5 minutes journey back and you get your car back. Mine had a flat battery but was jump started quickly with no problems. Will definitely use again.

Drop off was well organised as was collection, couldn’t ask for a simpler system, will definitely use again.

The ground needs resurfacing !! Wouldn’t have liked to pull our suitcases on that rough surface on a wet day … otherwise the service to the airport was great 👍

It appeared that more staff and vans were needed as the poor staff that were available were struggling to keep up with the customers that were returning from holiday and those of us who were waiting to be taken over to the airport. They were doing their best under difficult circumstances.

Incredibly rude staff, both when signing in, and on return. Will not use again.

Easy to find , simple check in and simple pick ups , definitely will be using again.
