Bit confusing at first as I'd never used them before . Otherwise went smoothly. Return flight delayed but picked up within 10 minutes of phoning them . Would use again 👍

Good price, well organised and efficient.

Very good pickup and drop-off , drivers very friendly, car park needs to be tarmacked, but very near to airport. Very good overall.

Easy to book. Easy to park. Minibus drivers are helpful and polite. Have used many times and would recommend.

We had a good experience with Oakwood Parking, Bristol. They were extremely busy, but we got taken and picked up quickly. Our car was blocked in on our return but the other car had a flight delay. It wasn't a problem, they moved it and we went on our way. On the way out, others were waiting a long time for the minibus to collect them as there was so many. We were a little apprehensive thinking that would be us coming home. It wasn't, just 8 of us coming back it was quick and easy. Thank you.

Parking was easy, ladies in the office were pleasant. The only quibble that I would have is after landing we went to the minibus (which was great as it was already there waiting so no hanging around waiting for us) but the drive didn’t offer or help lift our cases on and off the minibus. He didn’t seem interested at all. On previous use of the service the driver was most helpful and put the cases on and took them off the minibus.
