Reviewed on 26th October 2021The day that I used the facility the service I received was efficient and friendly. The location of the reception is ideal for leaving your car in a secure pound. Having had to curtail my holiday due to the ineffectiveness and inflexible of the airline the recovery of my car was relatively straight forward. I was unable to recover the days I didn’t need due to my holiday cancellation but they were understanding and gave me an invoice for the 6 days remaining to recover from my travel insurance. I wasn’t able to but that’s another episode in the saga of the holiday that didn’t happen.

Reviewed on 24th October 2021Efficient, so never had a problem using this service. No waiting about. If the minibus isn't at Drop Off when you land, a quick phone call to their dedicated number and it quickly arrives. Can't see how there could be a better service for what I pay.
