This is my second time of using Oakwood Parking, Bristol. Very well organised, no fuss leaving my car, driven straight to Bristol Airport. On return, shuttle waiting and car was ready for pick up. Most excellent 👌 👏 👍

It was a straightforward booking. The car park was adequate but on a positive, was a short distance from the airport. The transfer bus needed upgrading as it was very tatty and dirty. It was very busy so could have done with more than one transfer bus as some people had to walk from the airport back to the car park as the queue was so big. The driver was pleasant but to look more professional could have done with a nicer uniform. It did the job. I would use it again.

Parked car easily, transfer bus waiting so all good out. Called driver, as just missed transfer from airport back. Second bus arrived shortly after and key collection simple. V good, thanks!!

Reasonable experience, have used before as well. Drop off is always good and quick transfer to airport. Only thing that lets it down is collection from arrival back, as no designated area for minibus to stop, so people standing in different areas. Waiting at 3 in the morning, waiting for fourth trip back to parking is not much fun.

Brilliant from start to finish! reported to reception upon arrival and loaded bags straight on minibus and we were off and then on our return we rang as soon as we landed and by the time we had walked around to the pick up point behind the airport, a few minutes wait and the minibus was there. Excellent service, have used a few times now and will only be booking with Oakwood in future THANK YOU :)
